We need to gather some data, so we will be able to work on further action plans. We need to know what should be changed/started/ended. If it turned out that women were leaving, we would need to examine the community, find the causes and fix them. If women were not joining in the first place, we would need to focus on information, promotion, myth-busting and all that grass-root community work.
